Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the terms of service & conditions below.
The client is responsible for reading all terms of service below. Failure to comply with TOS will result in cancellation of your commission.

🟃Commission slots are limited due to my schedule
🟃Form must be completed to apply for commission
🟃Prices are for personal use. Commercial use is 2x the price.
🟃Prices shown on the site are excluding transfer fees
🟃Rush fees are x2 the price

Artwork Delivery

1 month~
(subject to change depending on schedules!)
If for some reason you request it to be done on an earlier date, rush fee will be applied.

Mixing Delivery

2 weeks~
(subject to change depending on schedules!)
If for some reason you request it to be done on an earlier date, rush fee will be applied.

PAYMENT

🟃 Payment must be sent through Paypal
🟃 Client will pay for the PayPal transaction fee. Fee calculator can be found here
🟃 Prices are set and are unnegotiable
🟃 Once full payment is received, I will start on your commission
🟃 NO refunds unless:

--Client cancels the commission during rough sketch phase (50% refund)
--Client cancels the commission during coloring phase (20% refund)
--I (the artist) cancels the commission (100% refund)
Mixing Commissions
--Client cancels the commission during timing/tuning phase (50% refund)
--Client cancels the commission during mixing phase (20% refund)

Guidelines

- Try to avoid clipping by maintaining the distance between you and the microphone
- Make sure your vocals can be heard!
- For the best quality, record through a USB mic or an XLR mic
- CHECK your lines before sending them in. Retakes will cost extra when mixing has started
- Try to limit as much background noise as you can (Turn off those fans! Close your door!)
- Do not put overlapping vocals on one track. Separate with Main 1 and Main 2
- Render your tracks as mono either as .mp3 or .wav format
- Name your files!
- Send your vocals raw (No Effects!!)
- Please keep in mind that the final result is depend on your raw’s quality as well (the microphone you use and your singing.) Do your best to singing on the right tone and on the right timing.
- Send your lines in a Google Drive
- Please include an off-vocal instrumental and the original song for a mix guide.
